Ipswich midfielder Lee Bowyer misses out on an appearance against his old club with a groin strain.
Goalkeeper Alex McCarthy is suspended while Ryan Stevenson could make his debut after signing from Hearts.
West Ham welcome back Matt Taylor who has missed the last eight Hammers game but midfielder Papa Bouba Diop is out with a hamstring strain.
American George John could make his debut while Joey O'Brien returns as does Guy Demel after a thigh injury.
