We're too inconsistent for the prem, results and team wise. We need to go up with a settled side...I mean, who are our starting 11? Have we got a first team and who really shouldn't be in it?

Next season having Vaz Te from the outset will help. Rob Green's contract is up - Henderson in goal? Nolan, Taylor and Noble midfield, Tomkins, Faye and Reid Defence, You fill in the gaps!!

We are not ready, the bulk of our squad are not good enough, proved that already by not getting promotion first time automatically. If we get through the lottery (paly-offs) will need a major investment in the squad, at least two defenders, a top class striker and some midfielders who can play the ball effectively. we need more speed in the middle, and to keep Green. he will sign if we gte through the play offs, otherwise look for another exodus of our 'better' players, who think they have a god given right to play in the premiership, but havent shown the apptitude this season.

This has worried me all season
If we get back up in some way, unless we invest a hell of a lot we can look forward to a very long hard season in another relegation battle

If we go up we will need at least 6 good Perm players just to stay up.

yes we need new folks and we will get those, so I'm not so worried. I'm more worried about if we go up or not

If we dont go up then we will lose most of our top players such as Nolan,Taylor,Tomkins,Noble,Green and Vaz Te to name a few ... Iam hoping the two Daves will stand strong and Tell any players who are under contract that THEY WILL STAY !
