I'll settle for one win in a row right now, that would be a two game unbeaten run!

Yes another must win game for me to watch whilst I'm still not smoking or drinking....
Winston Reid and Ricardo Vaz Te are back in full training and may be fit enough to feature against the Swans.

Massive boost
David Gold @davidgold 40s
It was good to see Winston Reed training with the first team today. I'm sure he will be in the squad for tomorrow's game against Swansea

Re: West Ham United FC V Swansea
After Wednesday`s brilliant result against Chelsea we need to follow that up with 3 points today against Swansea ! I personally would like to see Nocerino and Borriello start the game today
I would go with : 4-5-1/4-3-3
Adrian
Demel
Tomkins
Collins
McCartney
Jarvis
Noble
Diame
Nocerino
Downing
Borriello
SUBS:Jussi,Taylor,Reid,Nolan,RVT,Carroll,C.Cole

Yea , For the one reason only that , They are expecting Andy to start so will set their team up around stopping Andy getting the ball so if we start Barriello it will surprise them

Re: West Ham United FC V Swansea
So BFS was right to keep the new signings out of the starting line up..... Odds on he would really, given that we are able to play his plan A!
Both goals from the Carroll/Nolan combination .... 2-0 to the Cockney Boys! Another couple of goals, then maybe we can unleash the Italians ............ COYI

Re: West Ham United FC V Swansea
From the BBC:
Andy Carroll's off - and I'm not quite sure why. The big striker goes up for a physical, aerial challenge with Chico Flores and, in the motion of coming down and untangling himself from the Swansea defender, he unintentionally clips his opponent on the back of the head. And I mean clips. Very harsh.

Well the BBC said it wasn't a red, BT commentators didn't think it was a red, Michael Laudrup thought it was harsh, Chico Flores has previous for the same rolling dive (while squealing) in the reverse fixture so will the FA rescind it? Hum... don't hold your breath!
