I so needed a good day today  ....

Up too early for a Saturday, especially as Namhammer text me before my alarm was due to go off ..  The sun was already shining as I set off with no illusions about the match itself, but looking forward to a glass of beer with me West Ham mucker's.

TonyP, Nam and Ms Claret were in the supporters club.  Got big hugs from them all and the lager went down well - Thanks again Tone. Back out into the sunshine, and Nam treated me to a cheeseburger, bless him, and we spent a while 'catching up', before heading into the stadium. More hugs from Abbi and Russ and Game on.

It wasn't too long before my aspirations took over.  'Do the treble' over the Yids, finish the season on a high and stay playing in the top league without having to rely on another club mucking up.  The team were up for it, so I sat back and enjoyed some good football and nearly wee'd meself when the second goal went in.  Laughed me socks off as we sang .......... Can we play you every week, Oh when the Spurs, go two nil down, Oh when the Spurs, go two nil down (including the s-l-o-w version) and It's 'happening again, it's happening again, Tottenham Hotspur, it's happening again!

You know the rest ......... and I got my good day

We're safe and we did not have to rely on others.
Enjoyed the day with a good drink in the Lord Stanley then on to the ground.
Team were up for it today and we deserved the win.
Looks like Sam will still be in charge next season now so I hope he gets in some decent players over the summer.
Everyone seems happy when we left the ground and we went back to the Lord Stanley to celebrate staying in the Premiership.

Don't care what happens at Chelsea now.   woohoo

The feeling of yesterday's unrequited Joy is just as good today even with this huge hangover !!!
To actually be able to watch us and know we were going to win and for it to be against them and to do them three times in one season is quite simply priceless and we will all be dinning out on it for years to come, nuff said !!!!!

bit hot and cold aren't we.

we shouldn't forget in all this euphoria that we have been very crap lately.

Mate,  im hearin ya and yesterday's joyous victory and the ensuing Euporia of doing the front wheel skids 3 times in one season doesn't change anything about how I view our West Ham under Allardyce and my feelings about him and how we play under him and his over all management of our club are still the same and in my opinion he is not the right man to take us foreword and we need a new vision and direction under a new manager.

Still on a high from yesterday. The singing behind the radio comm was magnificent. Staying up with a very average squad, okay it's an achievement I suppose, but beating the Spurts three times , that's memorable! And Paulinho and Adebayor doing the dance of the sugar plum fairy in the Spurts wall was truly priceless.
