He's a defensive midfielder so that's not likely to happen

He says in the interview with him that he's NOT a defender or defensive midfielder... so he'll most likely be played at Left back all season... or just in the Carling Cup..

Us signing Africans seems like playing a one-armed bandit, you just go on shovelling in the money and hope to get a jackpot

did he say what he is then? i must admit i thought he was a defender who could play defensive midfield when needed (by that i interpreted as he's more useful on the ball and at passing them most defenders so not a liability)

During his WHUTV interview he was asked if he preferred playing in defence or midfield. He said something along the lines of "I am NOT a defender. I only played there when there were injuries. I am a tall, quick, athletic, box-to-box midfield player"

I am pretty sure that I have already posted this info Alfie
