    ...3 - 1 at Palarse and a letter this morning from HMRC to say that a cheque for the dosh they owe me is in the post...

    Pffft! A cheque, so they can keep it in their coffers for just a few more days. Why not put it in with the letter you got this morning? Because it's worth more in their coffers for a few more days than the price of another stamp?    Laughing
