Modibo Maiga

I see while reading the Sun today it had an article about Maiga , Apparently he had a bust up with the Metz Manager and when AWOL before a game and they are not happy with him as he has yet to give them explanation as to why he did it so it looks like his loan with them could be cut short !


Do you think that if what the Sun saying is true and he does get sent back to us early should he be given another chance by Big Sam or do you think we should just put our hands and say we were wrong on Maiga and just release him and get him off our books as lets be honest he wont get a look in ahead of our current strikers with the way things are at the moment ?!?

This news was out about a week ago
he will end up getting loaned out again or whatever , he wont ever get anywhere near the first team again so bugger all to worry about apart from the fact he still has 18 months left on his comtract

I think Sam would struggle to drop one of our BENCH players to accommodate Maiga at the moment, so his future is loan signings at second rate teams (spuds need a striker to replace soldado?) until his contract expires

To be honest It wouldn't surprise me that should he get sent back to us that Big Sam play`s him against Everton in the FA Cup but I`m hoping he don't and that we release him or send him out on loan again for rest of season

Maybe we could do what athletico Madrid are doing with Moreno at Liverpool send him out on a Two year loan

Yep a loan out deal seems the most likely.
