Sam has already said (goals on Sunday last week) that if we can we will bring in only one player if we can ship some of the fringe players out, but that one player will be a first team starter

If that is true that we are loaning out Zarate then that is fupping Joke , If their one player that should be loan out it should be fupping Nolan not Zarate !!!

If he was to give Zarate a real good run in the team then just maybe we might see Zarate score goals not just played every now then like he is at the moment !!

IMHO, we should be signing Song and Jenkinson on permanent deals plus bringing in another centre back and a striker.

Trouble being Arran, we have no idea what Zarate's attitude is like on a daily basis, he might be a right pain in the arse

What's the situation with Mauro Zarate at the moment, is he having a medical at QPR?

SA: "Yes he is."

Do you anticipate he'll be going out on loan soon?

I still don't understand letting leave on loan when we have Sakho going to the African cup of Nations - It just don't make sense to let a striker go when are going to lose one for just over a month !?!?!?!

Mr Morrison was due to go on trial on January 26, facing charges of actual bodily harm and assault by beating against Rhea Mansoor, and assault by beating against her mother.

But, at a Manchester Crown Court hearing today, which Mr Morrison did not attend, prosecutor Guy Mathieson revealed the charges were not being pursued with after CCTV contradicted the account.

Verdicts of ‘not guilty’ were formally recorded on direction of Judge David Stockdale QC.

Morrison was arrested in the early hours of July 27 following reports that Rhea Mansoor, 19, had been assaulted outside a nightclub in Manchester city centre and at an address on Alexandra Road in Peel Green, Salford. Her 39-year-old mother also claimed she had been attacked.

I wonder if the accusers can now be taken to court? wasting police time?

Talksport saying we are after Darren Fletcher as he is surplus to requirements at manure, with his illness problems and age (30) should we be looking at him? Good player when he was fully fit, but.........

It doesn't really fit in with the (alleged) directive to BFS not to sign players over 27 does it? Decent player before his illness but not really one for the future is he?

We are quite well stocked in midfield too. He's a very good player, good passer and leader by all accounts but I really don't like idea of signing proven sick notes unless it s on some kind of free transfer with low wages and appearances bonuses (I.e if he doesn't play he doesn't get paid). I'm guessing he's on a very good contract at OT so why would he leave unless he really is after first team football rather then wages.

Been a very quiet January all round really apart from bony. I do wish we would have picked him up when originally linked with him (with carroll too. Maybe that's a bit greedy).

Maybe BFS is looking at next season when we may not have Song, and sees Fletcher as the man to replace him? As we have no really good defensive midfielders if/when he goes. Personally I would keep Song in a heartbeat, I think he and Downing are a large part of why we have done so well so far.

With the state of our midfield with Sam using his love children I hope we bring in Darren Fletcher.
How Nolan and Noble are ahead of Amalfitano in the picking order is beyond me.
