After a LB from Hamilton Accies, and Morrison in Rome for medical with Lazio. Looks like we will lose out on Fletcher to WBA

Re: Winter 2015 silly season
LB is Stephen Hendrie, rumour is that he is expected to sign a pre contract agreement, ours for £0 (plus tribunal cost) instead of £2M + the add ons that caused the cock up in the first place
Hamilton Academicals got greedy and will now lose out

Re: Winter 2015 silly season
Why??? 3 goals in 16 games or something, though often played out on the wing. Can't see what he'd give the Cheats. Unless his bird is a corker and Dirty Terry wants a pop at it.

Darren fletcher seems to be a done deal. Convincing pics of him at our training ground ready to seal the deal...

I hope he has to undergo a VERY thorough medical before we give him a contractalfiehammer wrote:Darren fletcher seems to be a done deal. Convincing pics of him at our training ground ready to seal the deal...

Apparently the most stringent medical that the club have given any player.

I really don't understand why we want Darren Fletcher , He is way past it now hence the reason why United are letting him go for nothing ! , I think he will just be another Kieron Dyer if I`m being honest

Fletcher is quite a decent player if he's fit, and if Song clears off we could need him. But the whole world knows his medical problems, and GaS and Lady Karen are more than cute enough to write a contract that makes sure we don't pay for him to sit on his arse. ManU have clearly had to shell out a lot on him during his troubles and have said"Enough", but Fletcher and his agent will have had to be realistic in looking for another club. It's a bit of a gamble for us, but it could pay off. Fingers crossed!

I don't remember Fletcher being that much of an injury prone player until his recent illness.

"Fletcher broke down on negotiations this morning," said Allardyce after Saturday's 2-0 defeat at Liverpool.
Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal thought Fletcher would leave but claimed West Ham only wanted the Scot on loan.
He added: "That was not the agreement."
So who knows who's telling the truth and who got their wires crossed...
Given the Kayoute and Sakho situations, seems like we got the people in place running things as we did when Ominwingiwhatsisname got us kicked out of the Cup a few years ago...
you don't need to make it up - this is West Ham...
Can't see anything on the offish - probably working overtime to figure out how best to spin it...

Re: Winter 2015 silly season
Twitcher wants Jarvis on loan but Premier League rule states that clubs cannot have more than 4 loan players at any one time. Therefore if they want him I expect to see Mauro Zarate returning to us

Adebayor one been vetoed by Levy apparently as we only wanted to pay half his rumoured £100k pw wages. Levy would not sanction paying half of the wages of a player playing for a rival for a top 4-6 place. Can't say I blame him TBH
Distin and Kaboul rumoured to be joining on loan too. We need defensive cover that is for sure

Only at West Ham do you loan out another player to get your own player back that your Manager doesn't want. The next few weeks should be fun. We will now be left with a first team squad of 20 with 7 of them injured and one in the **** with FIFA.
Plus the one defender we might get also represents the country that reported us to FIFA for a crime we claim we did not commit. Now if that isn't ****ing farcical, I'd love someone to show me a deadline day that can beat that.

Premier League are now querying whether Jarvis can go to QPR on loan with Zarate returning to West Ham. Seems they originally gave ok..
