Maybe he's realised that the grass is not always greener on a different home pitch

Re: Winston...
Maybe reports that he is due to sign a new contract are bollix. Anyone thought of that? There is NOTHING to suggest it from the player, the club or the manager
Nothing to see here. Move along please

Re: Winston...
I'm underwhelmed (sorry MaHam) a little. The only bright point is no massive transfer fee for an equivalent signing. He has not been his best this season so was last season a fluke?? The argument may be he is the best we've got but we have to try to improve, I am sure the Dave's have that ambition.
I suppose IF Reid signs, along with the recent Noble/Tomkins extension it will at least show a little security, some stability to build upon. Resting on our laurels is not good enough. In any case we need at least one class defender; we've rode our luck this season and just about got away with it with a fairly stable back 4 of 5 names. We were all calling for it last summer and in January.
The main big if; is who replaces Sam and how quick and lucky (because even the best teams need luck) a new management team and signings bed in.

Re: Winston...
I hope Reid signs a new contract. We wouldn't be conceding so many goals from set-pieces if we had HIM in the centre of defence...

after talking to some west ham fans I know, we was genuinely debating if we still want song kept. Based on his pre christmas form it was a no brainer. Not so much recently. Plus I read he has removed any West Ham posts from his IG account

Re: Winston...
That was because the name of a product he was promoting was spelt incorrectly ! Regarding him signing, he needs to get back to the sort of form he showed pre AFCON debacle; especially if he is expecting mega wages !alfiehammer wrote:Suzanne Claret wrote:Domino effect.
