Is this the man responsible for Leicester City's march to the title? When Richard III was buried in Leicester on 26 March 2015 the club was bottom of the Premier League and facing a quick return to the Championship. Since that day, Leicester have played 41 league fixtures, winning 27, drawing 10 and losing just 4, picking up 91 league points! What is remarkable is that the turnaround was instant, Leicester winning four games on the trot immediately following the funeral to move out of the relegation places, with the run of good form now continuing for 12 months.
Meanwhile, the city that vied with Leicester to bury the king, York, has seen the fortunes of their club nose dive with relegation out of the league looking likely.
A coincidence or something quite spooky?
