    see... Haller doesn't move...

the cross arrives at his head...

it actually exults n a 'shot on target' - although easily saved by the keeper

    Zab concedes a corner...

Twitter not happy with the Fornals substitution... Lanzini has done nothing at all but it's Fornals who made way...

uncontested 9as usual) header from Everton from the corner... fortunately the ball goes straight into the ground and is an easy catch for Randolph.

    Update:

after a busy first 45 of playing fetch, scrapping with the dog and fighting with his brother... new kitten has decided to take things easy and go for a nap.

more details as they come in.

another corner... another... well... mess of nothing really...

69 minutes gone... not really looking like either side has the wherewithal or interest in changing anything...

'Another set piece will settle this game'
    West Ham 1-1 Everton

    Matt Upson
Former England and West Ham defender on BBC Radio 5 Live
The set pieces have been crucial so far in this game and it's the only way at the minute you can see another goal. Both teams have created opportunities but nothing really cutting edge. It just seems to be winning free-kicks and corners. Everton especially are looking really dangerous from them. I just think another set piece will settle this game.

    West Ham 1-1 Everton
Jordan Pickford does well to push behind a deflected effort from Robert Snodgrass that looped towards the far corner. The Everton keeper has made some decent saves in this game.

    Update:

Fetch with the kitten has been restarted after a sustained period of attacking my feet and legs, he's settled back in for chasing his little stuffed mouse, bringing it back so I can throw it for him again

oh, West Ham Everton? no, nothing changed there... toffees used their 3rd sub... all still much ado about midfield...

    ten minutes left...

the stream has gone all fuzzy...

the BBC says we look most likely to get a winner... which means no one is going to get a winner...

but we'll see... there's still time...

Guiseppe over at the Standard see it like this:

Giuseppe Muro is at the London Stadium: West Ham could do with a change to freshen things up but David Moyes is not blessed with options on the bench. Albian Ajeti is the only attacking player he could turn to but he hasn’t scored since joining West Ham last summer. West Ham are considering offers for the Switzerland forward this month but they might need him to find a late winner for them here.

villa have pulled one back against Brighton.... Soon who were in a commanding 2-0 lead are now 3-2 behind at Wolves...

And would you adam and eve it....

Guiseppe is right... Ajeti comes on to replace the (very) lackluster Lanzini

can he be the man to paper over the cracks this week?

possession from us... but absolute zero to show for t...

    88 minutes gone

Everton player down after a bit of argy bargy with #27... the replay shows it was actually a reverse headset by the West Ham player... that is exactly the kind of shit that will get caught by VAR...

but then again... somehow VAR decides it wasn't violent conduct and that Ajeti should not get sent off.

I don't understand that decision at all

If it had been an Everton player doing it we'd all be livid and demanding blood...

maybe it's just best if we sell Ajeti asap.

he does fupp all for us anyway...

    and there you have it...

    a nothing performance...

most notable effort was avoiding a player being suspended for violent conduct... other than that...

I think... shit sums it up about as accurately as you could.

kitten's name is 'Little' although he's quite so little as he was when he got his name... he used to fit in the palm of one hand and have to be fed with a syringe..
