Bought on Reid and it looked like he got caught under the ball for the winner
Loads of possession but not in the right areas.

Ahhh, that's better. We don't want to take our eye of staying in the premiership do we?

He got caught under the ball and Cresswell (as usual) was not covering aroundKray JR wrote:Bought on Reid and it looked like he got caught under the ball for the winner

Carroll was a waste of a shirt. He is too static and simply doesn't make the runs that Sakho does.
Collins never got near Ulloa all night
Cresswell is terrified of Mahrez as he destroys him every time we play Leicester
There was lots of possession (mainly in our own half) with little or no end product. Payet made a difference
Having said all that another ref would have given us at least one penalty from the 2-3 shouts we had
Leicester - with the 10 changes they made - looked more "up for it", more dangerous and deserved their victory

Okay, pride is wounded a bit, and Leicester are turning into a right pain in the arse for us, but I'm not going to lose too much sleep about going out of the second-string cup to an extra time goal away from home.Pity we couldn't turn all that possession into goals, though. Carroll needed a proper opportunity when it didn't matter too much, but it looks like he might not get another start in a hurry unless Sakho is crocked, looks like a lot of bench polishing for him in future. Ditto for Ginge.
Gotta give the carrot-crunchers a good stuffing now!
