I hope that our fans show thier class by giving BFS a good reception tomorrow, not my favourite West Ham manager (John Lyall) but a long way from our worst (TC Roeder).
He did what he was payed to do, got us back in the premier at tge first time of aking and kept us there. We had a far better squad when he left us than when he joined, the addition of Payet, Lanzini, Antonio has had a massive impact on thecway we play, but the bulk of the side are still his.
Just needed Bilic to bring out the best in them

Woahhh there Motty, are you on the happy pills?  cheesey grin

Yeah, Roeder was the worst but only a gnats willy away from BFS. His attitude more than anything....it stunk!  One foot in the door and he had written off the "West Ham Way" with no intention of at least trying to understand it. We may have had a better squad, but he never played it to our strengths.  Thanks for getting us into the premiership and keeping us there. You could have done better if you weren't such a lazy slob, happy just to collect ya wages.

He totally disrespected us supporters and cupping his ear with his hand done it for me and many others.  I really don't think class will come into it tomorrow dude.  I think it will be a case of giving him a taste of his own medicine.

Glad we got promoted but felt he was lucky.
No feeling about him at all and just expect us to win today.
    Off in a minute.

Just got home from the game.

They came to frustrate and get bodies behind the ball and apart from a bit of brilliance from Antonio they done their job.

It was an ugly 3 points but 3 points is 3 points.

I question what is going through Slavs head when we are defending a 1 goal lead and inviting Sunderland on to us he makes changes and we have Carroll up top with Moses Payet and Antonio behind him. Moses was absolutely pointless he has no intention of defending at all. His wide man was wandering past him unmarked time and time again. There was one attack we had that broke down, Antonio was running his bollix off on one side to track back where as on the other side Moses was having a casual walk.

Adrian had nothing to do for the whole game, the only time he had some work to do was when he unbelievably played a short goal kick to Ginge without looking, who was pulling his socks up, forcing him to hit the ball back under pressure which left Adrian dallying on the ball and hitting it straight at Defoe and luckily away from goal. Leaving him limping, although I think he was trying to hide the fact he made himself look stupid.

The back 4 looked comfortable with Byram and Cresswell getting forward as much as possible.

Lanzini and Payet didn't really get involved that much, the chances they did create ended up with a sloppy final pass and losing the chance to shoot.

Noble and Kouyate done what they had to do without any major problems, Noble smashing the bar via the keepers finger tips with a cracking shot.

Antonio was my man of the match, he may not always have the quality of others but he works his bollix off for the team.

Carroll came on and probably done more than Emineke did in his time on the pitch which was a positive for him, deserved a goal with that volley that came back off the bar.

Only one left is Obiang, who I would have bought on in stead of Moses.

Having set up like that ourselves under that West Ham United FC v Sunderland 3725042725  I knew he would sit back and play for the draw so I`m happy we got that great goal by Antonio to ensure we got the 3 points !!

A win against Spurs or Everton would take us level with the highest points tally we ever got under Allardyce !!!!!

Kray JR did Allardyce get a lot of stick ? Hoping he got what he deserved and got non stop shit from the fans

Not really mate, I think I heard one person give him stick near us and that was only the odd comment about the long ball. Very low key return for Sam.
