from what i can remember @hughsouthon is normally pretty accurate
and the names listed next to him are more realistic targets

Jack butland and joe cole (sorry) interest me the most. The Ajax guy sounds exciting too. Might be useless and lightweight but a bit of flair would be nice. Defenders most needed though

Butland only as back up. He is not yet, (and I'm not convinced he'll ever be), ready for the top flight.

Cole, J, no no no no no, Alf, please look beyond the Claret tinted specs. He's old, injury prone and earns far too much. One for QPR to keep Dyer company.

Can't see us going for any forwards. What the point when we don't create any chances.

He never looks that good to me, just a psycho and arrogant version of Heskey. With slightly less diving. I dont see him as a great talent and what talent he does have isn't worth the attitude and negative attention around him. aguero, tevez and edin dzecko all much better strikers so no wonder hes been a splinter boy at citeh.
