All part of the FIFA culture - having that official used in the tournament probably means VIP treatment and a free holiday for a dozen hangers-on. Oh, and another vote for Splatter...

I was pissin' meeself when he did that ..... Messrs Dean, Webb and Dowd will be in their glory if it catches on in English football.

I hear the spray paint is manufactured by S. Blatter Chemical Corp. of Switzerland, and costs 2,000 euros per can. Apparently nothing else meets FIFA's stringent specifications ......
