Err, £ 71 thousand, Mr Ham.
Pretty lenient even at that, I would have thought - Splatter won't buy many FIFA delegate votes with that paltry sum.

Re: FA Cup 2014-2015
it's very weird... not that FIFA ain't one of the most incompetent and corrupt organizations around... but the rules clearly state any games an ineligible player takes part in will have the results reversed if they won...
so not sure how they justify only a financial penalty..
probably cos FIFA is only interested in money...
Still they fined us less than we got given for taking part in the game, so that's a bit of a win-win...
of course... Brizzle are 'considering their options' - so expect a whole bunch of lawsuits to be heading our way... especially if we win the damn thing.
Hopefully, the ultimate fall out will be that the club actually pays more attention to these things and doesn't let it happen again... to field one ineligible player in my lifetime would be bad enough... to do it twice just smacks of incompetence...

Ryan Giggs was at it for years, pulling out of the Welsh squad through injury only to play for the Mancs 3 days later

ah, but you're forgetting... it was always one rule for Fergie, a different rule for everyone else.

Which is one of the reasons FIFA brought in the rule(s) which we have broken !

Juan Mata take a bow
The kind hearted Mata realised that Cambridge players couldn't afford to give up their shirts as they had to pay for a replacement so when he swapped shirts he even offered to pay the £40 for a replacement. How many of his team mates even thought about it?

Offering to paying for the shirt is Juan Mata
Having to pay for the shirt is a different matter altogether.
I'll get me coat........ or shirt.

I do !
Bradford to beat Sunderland
Palace to beat Liverpool
Blackburn to beat Stoke
I might go down the TAB and put a few bob on that!
As for the rest, Hammers, Derby, Arsenal, Man Utd and Villa to win

Re: FA Cup 2014-2015
As if proof were needed that the magic and romance of the cup has gone - 25,000 turned up at the old Reading Elm Park in 1950 for a first round tie against Doncaster! There was never a finer site in football than Elm Park packed to the rafters! A wonderful photo which is taken from the 1949-50 RFC Handbook ...
hope you like it guys!
