It's a terrible mock up full stop. The badge and Betway is straight whilst the shirt angle is slightly off centre. I am registered partially sighted and could clearly see that from 3 seconds of looking at it!
But we know these come out this time of year as the article states and I do not think for one minute the contributor (on KUMB or here; Mr P) thought otherwise.

Yep Geez, sleeve ending looks awful. If they could do a mod version of the 1895 shirt, then it could be a real winner.
