From the age of 12 up to 16 I was in the fruit and veg game , first helping out my dad who had his own shop then a year with the co.op before I started my apprenticeship . Back then it was a regular thing to get spiders and snakes in the banana boxes , just phoned the zoo to come and get them , no doubt a few escaped

Sod that, put me right off going into my garage - loadsa spider webs in there! Think I'll get meself one of those white forensic suits to wear! Have to go in the garage to get the car out! and I finguck HATE spiders!!
