oh dear - did that count? I can see what he's trying to do but why don't keepers punch any more? - especially with those gloves on!

Twitcher nearly burst a blood vessel about " backing-in" , but it was Green's fault. He was standing inside his goal before the guy started leaning back.

Re: whoopsy - Rob green
Actually the more I see that the less I think it's a foul. To me it looks like the attacker backs to where he thinks the ball will come down, note that it's not him doing the pushing with his hands, & then stands his ground.
What's the attacker meant to do? Give the keeper a free catch, or these days a free flap? It's become a cliche but the keepers are so protected. So often at corners you see an attacking playing go & stand on the line - nothing in the rules about that - then the keeper tries to shove him out of the way. To me that is a foul. Okay if the keeper gets physically held by the attacker but not when he just has to use his strength to get to the ball.

Re: whoopsy - Rob green
i dont think its a foul, green should have come and claimed it taking out anything in his path, but instead he is already inside the goal and then tried to palm it over

Green should have been more dominant and stood his ground. Even so to palm the ball into your own net was poor. Not a foul for me. Keeper's fault
