Re: West Ham United FC V Liverpool
Our first real test against one of the 'bigboys', (I don't count spuds) certainly in terms of spending. It would be a joy to turn them over but I cant see them losing two on the trot. It would be so good to be wrong though.

Quite possibly. But we've still got another 25 hours of hope, dreams and anticipation before it happens so enjoy it while you can.
Anyway, they are almost as wobbly at the back as us. If BFS has a cunning plan to stop Sterling and Bag-a-Telly - and it works - we are in with a shout. I just hope it doesn't involve booting the pair of them off the park.
COYI!!

I'd settle for a draw. s Sturridge out injured? that would give us half a chance...

Re: West Ham United FC V Liverpool
Not sure what to expect out of this game , Part of me thinks we are going to get hammered but the other half of me thinks we might just pull off a shock and actually win today ,
Hopefully He sticks with Velancia and Sakho upfront with Zarate just behind them , I would go with a Noble, Song and Kouyate in the middle to give us a bit of toughness in midfield

Re: West Ham United FC V Liverpool
from Bradley Allen commentating for the Beeb:
West Ham 2-0 Liverpool
Posted at
"Liverpool are shell-shocked. That's a magical finish - if Diafra Sakho has meant that then it will be one of the goals of the season. He showed composure and dinked it over Mignolet, and he knew as soon as he hit it that it was in. 2-0, West Ham are rampant, and what a start to this game!
"All the West Ham supporters have asked, since Sam Allardyce took over, to see play like this. The fans don't want anything more - they won't mind if they lose 7-3. This is West Ham, who have had historic moments playing attacking, free-flowing football. And this atmosphere, it's the best I can remember in here for a long, long time."
I'd rather we didn't a: lose at all or b: lose 7-3
I can't understand why we don't play like this every game... this is how you do it. No one could cope with us if tis is how we play...

At some point Sam's nerve is surely going to break and the bus will be parked? Is this it - Jenkinson on.
