considering the kinds of players who keep working - Joey Barton et al... Morrison must be some kind of wonderful to just get kicked out... not even sold... just "on ya bike son"

Contract up in the summer; not registered for the squad so definitely not needed (for whatever reasons) It will give him and, presumably Lazio time to see if they can work together before signing on the dotted line.

Just hope he sorts his attitude problems out and ends up producing some football; he certainly looked as if he had the talent. I just think he has had 3 managers who can get the best out of players, who don't suffer fools gladly and will do their damnest to get something out of them. So if Fergie, Sam and Dirty Harry can't manage it then it is down to him maturing rapidly.

To go from the edge of an England call up to nothing in a few months is some going though!

That's very kind-hearted of you JDLK. I think of the kids in the youth systems at various clubs all over the country who would give their right arm for the opportunity he's had so I hope he sinks into oblivion - but that's just me.

Signed a 4 year deal that starts in June mate, they are now stuck with him

I hope they have some strong blokes in charge at Lazio!
