Europa League Draw

When do we find out who we are facing in the qualifying Round ?
Also if we win this qualifying round does that mean we go straight into the group stage who we have to go through another qualifying round before that ?

The draw is on 15th July. If we get through this round we go into a play-off round on 18th & 25th August (draw for that is on 5th August). If we get through that we go into the group stages commencing on 15th September

I think (may be wrong) that if we win we have one more qualifying round then the group games. We are seeded in round 3, and some fairlybig teams come in at qr4",plus Southampton. Dont know who we are likely to get. 
I'd  certainly love to go on the 25th July (if any of you nice peeps can get a spare ticket several beers will be yours) 

So if we get to the final we will have played an additional 18 games on top of 38 premier league and a min of 2 domestic cup games,  so only a min of 58 games this coming season
