    Fellaini
    Jagielka
    Glenn Johnson
    Defoe
    Sturridge

    Just read these on twitter.

I'd only take Defoe out of those, no rumours of a leader at the back yet.

Jagielka and Johnson i dont think would be any better than what we already have.

Fellaini the less said the better and id be stunned if we signed Sturridge with his injury record.

If we could get Defoe I'd take him in a heartbeat, still a very good premier goal scorer, but why would blunder land sell him?  Why would he want to come back?

Sturidge again have him on loan in a second. Not interested in the others, but I wouldnt be surprised if we went for Jenkinson on a permanent deal for a reasonable fee, he obviously has no future at Le Arse, and we need a RB sooo badly! Maybe thats why Johnson is mentioned (o ly on a 6 month contract)

I cant see why Oxford cant be given a chance, or bring Burke back from Wigan if possible? As a solution to our CB problem

Agree about Oxford.....He and Sam Byram are back in training now

We still need a RB....How long is it now that we've needed a RB?  Johnson could no doubt do a job for us and
would seem  the  likely option, the dildo brothers way to go.  Get anyone in to cover, for now!
Same with Defoe, although I reckon he'd give us a finger or two, as he knows we think he's a c***.
He'd probably prefer Allerdyce and Palace anyway.  G&S should think wisely about this too, as they
attempt to get the fans back onside.

Sturridge would be awesome, if he stayed fit. Or possibly share his sick leave with Carroll, at different times Smile

I'd go for Michael Dawson,  natural English cb and leader. Not sure why we didn't move for him when he left the Spuds for Hell Shitty Tiggers. Not s world class but ticks boxes. Would free Kouyate up too to his better position of all round cm, which will free up Noble (as he appears to be undroppable by any manager) to run around aimlessly a bit further in less crucial defensive duties. Really we need a Grinder in midfield too.

RB, I like Byram, he looks a very natural full back and that needs working on. Jenks would be good, no more, as he ticks boxes; an improvement on current, English, and Prem experienced.

I wouldn't bother with a striker unless one come up who was a vast improvement. We're not getting the balls and play up, or into the strikers. That's the area of conern, feeding them. Send Zaza back if able to lighten the load and give Fletcher more chances.

And I'm not bothered if Payet goes. Luxury players are great when all is well. Cash in our chips. Or not, not bothered.

I do wonder how they expect our youngsters to grow if they never get a chance in the side.

Everyone wants immediate success which is why we have seen so many youngsters on the sent out on loan, sold as not good enough list.

With the crap we bought in the summer we could have saved on wages and stuck Samuelson, Cullen, Burke and Oxford into the squad every week and given them much needed game time.

I wouldn't mind having Jenkinson back ether on a Loan or Permanent Deal ( Him and Byram would be two good Right Backs to have in the Squad ) and I believe Arsenal are willing to let him go in this Transfer Window.

We can forget about Defoe for Two reasons : Reason 1 - Sunderland would not Sell him to what they would consider a Rival and Reason 2 - He would not join as he knows the majority of the Fans Hate him and would not accept having play for us after the way he treated the club.

Sturridge I`d deffo have in on a loan deal that`s for sure with a view to signing a Permanent deal in Summer depending on how well he does etc.

Johnson and Jegelka both would NOT improve as they are not much better then what we have already at the Club - Would rather we see Oxford etc given a chance Tbh.

    hatsoff All

    Rumours about

£6M bid for the mini Judas has done in, They are having none of it as expected, Defoe to hand in a Transfer request as he wants to move
You could not make it up rofl smiley
However they are desperate for cash as it appears they are now £140M in the red

Bid for £4M for Snodgrass, Think that will have to rise to at least 7-8 if Sully is serious

Johnson is still better than anything we have in that position

So is Jagga. Two ball chasers in Reid and Oddbins. Collins has lost it and Oxford is unproven and unlikely to be given a go now we're struggling.

The board are just going through the motions, making stoopid bids knowing they won't be accepted, just
to make it look like they are participating!  Seen it all before aint we.............and Snodgrass ffs!

Now trying to sign Scott Hogan from Brentford.  Is he better than Fletcher? If not, what's the point when
Fletch can only get 10 minutes or so.   confu

I am also sick of radio stations and SSN insinuating that we are trying to buy "every striker out there". The only people saying that we are interested in ANY of those players is the media
