Can I implore all readers of this forum to boycott The Sun and News Of The World.

This phone hacking scandal has now reached new depths of depravity. It sickens me that this, and I use the term loosely, newspaper, has not be shut down and anyone with any involvement in what went on should be gaoled.

Global Corporations are pulling their adverts from this weekends edition, with more joining the boycott by the hour.

Hats off to Mitsubishi who have said "it will donate the money it would have spent on the bookings to ChildLine."

Some of the journos on itbs were saying yesterday that Murdoch wouldn't mind the NotW closing as he wants to start a Sunday Sun. Looks like he will get his wish.

NOTW last issue this week, and they have registered the domain thesunonsunday, so it closing down is a load of bullocks. The journos (!!) who wank there will just be transfered to the new rag. So keep the pressure on the Austrailian scumbag Murdoch by not buying his new toilet paper.

i cant see how the NOtW is being targeted but not the Sun , i dont beleive for one minute that the Sun are clean... the whole lot needs going through with a fine tooth comb

I was speaking to my mate this morning....Her niece works for the NOTW and has been called into a huge meeting this morning.......Maybe hundreds to be laid off?, which is such a shame as they are innocent in all of this......The morons responsible have a lot more to answer for
