Cresswell is walking injured... so according to comms takes down an Arsenal player with a blatant foul so he gets yellow carded because he wants to be subbed...

sounds a bit reckless to me... risking a potential red card for a dodgy tackle just outside the box... so he could have taken us down to ten men...

anyway...

Cresswell is off and Masuaku is on in his place...

Arsenal mistake at the back gifts the ball to Snoddy but his shot is deflected just wide for a corner that goes nowhere...

another good build up by West Ham... but with only Antonio up front, there's precious few options other than playing it back to Rice whose long range shot is easily saved...

Antonio is looking knackered doing all that lone man front running...

and there you have it... out of nowhere... from nothing...

Snoddy comes off and Holland comes on...

we need to be able to name and use 11 subs...

Need a new manager now so he can decide who we need in the January transfer window.

It's funny, you know...

we were shit under Curbishley, painful to watch... everyone wanted him out...

we got Zola... things looked like they'd get better... we are terrible...

then we got Avram Grant and we were even worse than we'd been under Curbishley... so the fans wanted him out...

then we got Big Sam... and I was one of the few who actually looked t the performances and results and saw we were doing better... but the 'fans' cried that it 'wasn't the west ham way' and so the groundswell grew and he was release at the end of his contract.

then we got Bilic... things seemed awesome for a moment, maybe because people were glad to see the back of Sam... maybe because we had a modicum of success on the field... but then it all went a bit Pete Tong in the second year and the fans called for him to be sacked...

then the board did the unforgivable in my opinion and hired David fupping Moyes... we were shit... appalling... as bad as we'd been under Curbishley... just terrible...

and so eventually... way longer than it should have taken... he was fired and we got Pellgrini...

and so it will continue...

people will bleat on and on about the West Ham way... but this IS the West ham way... inconsistency... losing to shit teams, giving up leads, handing points and games to piss poor opposition...


Arsenal are just stroking the ball around... 7 minutes of added time to get through...

I'm just sitting here waiting to hear how loud the boos will be at the final whistle...

the longest barren streak in Arsenal history... in 40 years... but of course... come to West Ham, they'll roll out the red carpet and give you all the gifts - unless it's your birthday like Chas.
