    Guardian:

"29 mins: Another save! Antonio blasts a low shot towards the near post from the right of goal, and Pope turns it round the post! Then West Ham’s corner is headed away to Fornals, who blooters his shot over the bar."

    blooters?????

West Ham leading 10-2 in shots... and we've only had 2 of those 10 on target...

and as I type that... Burnley waltz into the area and a looping header goes over Fab, hits the underside of the bar then bounces into the net as Fab scrambles to get it...

completely against the run of play - that'll kill our fighting spirit for sure...

although having said that... Antonio bundles through on goal, tries to curl around the keeper but instead shoots wide form about 8 yards out...

"GOAL! West Ham 0-1 Burnley (Rodriguez, 38 mins)

West Ham do all the attacking, and then Burnley take the lead! It’s a lovely cross from Taylor on the left, Cresswell limply wafts a foot at it as it comes down to land but Rodriguez nips in front of him and sends it looping into the top corner! The ball bounces down off the bar, onto the line and then up and into the net!"

and as i cut & paste that... Burnley go close again...

well it doesn't look like we've given up yet... but our inaccurate passing and lackluster shooting is keeping Burnley in the lead..

if all the games stay as they are - the day's only silver lining will be that Spuds will have dropped down to 10th place...

rain is now teeming down in London...

    substitution...

Yarmolenko comes off to be replaced by Haller...

kinda pointless... like for ike - so nothing will change...

Haller immediately gets the ball in the box and misses from 6 yards out...

Yarmo could easily have missed that...

Why is Fornals still on there? He's been anonymous...

take off formals, Haller on in place... let Haller and Yarmo link up as the front two... antonio can service them (ooh err missus)

but no... let's do the same old shit and expect a different result...

another formals 'cross' hits the nearest Burnley defender and a chance goes begging...

subs warming up... probably Lanzini for Formals as that would seem to be the least adventurous or likely to make a difference...

burnley cut us open again but for some reason the Lino puts up a flag to call it back for offside...

I'm not going to argue with the Guardian...

"72 mins: The game restarts, and after the ball bobbles around Burnley’s area Bowen has a shot, which bobbles wide off a defender. Sometimes the Hammers look like they’re trying to do heart surgery with a trombone."

ooh... bit of a surprise... Fornals comes off to be replaced by Ajeti...

might have been an idea if it wasn't done in the 87th minute of the game...

M*yes spunked this game up the wall a while ago...

someone should give this bloke a job... oh wait... he's got one...

"85 mins: West Ham are attacking the same way a third-rate covers band might play Stairway to Heaven. The right chords, but none of the magic."

that's from the Guardian, as if you couldn't tell...

a minute to go... this could have almost put us safe... but of course why would we do that...

Antonio runs into three defenders and basically just hands over the ball without contest...

this is a pretty limp display in the 2nd half...

    and there goes the window...

I guess we just have to be happy with dropping Spuds a place... but that ended up being a shitty performance...

As I said yesterday the one thing we couldn`t do was let Burnley take the lead as will just soak up the pressure and hold out for 1-0 .... What happen .... We let them take the lead and they soak up the pressure and held out for a 1-0 Victory. 14 clean sheets for Burnley now and 3 points closer to a European Spot for them under Dyce.

While for us under Moyes it`s a step closer to the Championship scratch . Imagine having a team set up like Burnley who heardly ever suffer heavy defeats and are good at holding on to leads and keeping clean sheets...guess we can dream of that one day happening to West Ham:zz:. .

This was an infuriating game to watch, my tablet is lucky to be alive. We had enough chances to have bagged at least a couple of goals. Is it me, or is it actually getting harder to watch West Ham?

I was happy with four points out of six, now it's four out of nine it doesn't sound so good and of course it isn't. Four out of twelve this Saturday afternoon should not happen. No facking way should we lose to Norwich. They are the worst team I have seen in the premiership for yonks.

    Don't fail me West Ham...……….just don't.

Jiggs is right, it is getting harder to watch West Ham... honestly... it's almost impossible to watch anything with M*yes involved...

The first half wasn't so bad, we were doing well - but then we did what we do so often... make a mistake and allow the opponent to score and from that point on... we had nothing to offer.

The 2nd half was almost unwatchable.

M*yes complains about the number of games we have to play in 7 days - but then only uses 2 subs in the entire game - and one of them in the 88th minute!!!!

When we're chasing the game and looking for an equalizer he subs like-for-like... when we needed more or a different attacking threat.

He's completely devoid of ideas, or the ability to motivate... it's frankly as embarrassing as it was obvious it would be.

This is just a nightmare that will only end when the manager and majority of the players are gone.
