Re: millwall game
There was a plea in Saturdays programme for good behaviour, although I doubt those who are out for trouble can read.

Re: millwall game
I thought all of this football hooligans thing stoped in the 80s ?
I know there is always trouble between us as clubs. But whats the point of it all now . All the things like the ICF all finished years ago. Is this just the kids from the old firms , seeking revenge or trying to keep up their dads good name. Or their Mums name if they are pikeys!
Any one who is going from here , stay safe and try to enjoy the game. Hope it aint the start of the London riots part two .

Re: millwall game
Police have urged West Ham fans to stay away from Millwall on
Saturday if they do not have tickets for the lunchtime clash between the
two clubs.
The Championship fixture has been branded a
top-category game by police, meaning there will be increased numbers of
officers on duty for the 12.30pm kick-off.
West Ham have been
allocated 2,000 tickets for the game, with both clubs pleading for good
behaviour from fans after the last meeting between the sides – a Carling
Cup second-round match at Upton Park in August 2009 – was marred by
crowd trouble both inside and outside the ground.
One Millwall fan was stabbed outside the Boleyn Ground while the game was disrupted by three pitch invasions.
The authorities are therefore anxious that everything is done to ensure Saturday’s event passes without incident.
A
Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “Our intelligence tells us there is
a high risk of disorder so in policing terms it has been a made a
top-category game.
“That means there will be increased numbers of police on duty for the game, which has been given an early kick-off time.
“We’d urge for people who have tickets to enjoy the football match and those who don’t stay away
Saturday if they do not have tickets for the lunchtime clash between the
two clubs.

I'm sure there's plenty of low-IQ brains out there thinking " ....durrr, lets start a football riot, then we can kick in the windows of Poundland and grab all that luxury stuff." Hopefully this will have occurred to the Met as well. And hopefully it might have occurred to any knuckleheads thinking about kicking something off " for old time's sake" that this time they would be in line for substantial time inside.

Wise move Su. Mile End and Stratford are supposedly places where the neanderthals from both clubs are allegedly planning to meet up
