Crap Club Shop..........

Was packed when we were in there today, no prices on official club shirts, which meant everyone who picked one up had to go and ask how much they were, found one for Jack, now for the shorts, the tag said Mens MJ ? MJ is medium junior isnt it ? tried those and they fitted "excuse me spotty teenage dude where are the home socks" "we havent got any"...........fcuk it put it all back.

Lets have a look at the dvds...........no last seasons dvd ? have they not made one ?

Get home and go on the MEGA store.......no short sleeved junior home shirt option........no socks option....

Had a similar problem online. Brought several things but they've reimbursed me some money so obviously something was out of stock but 2 things the same price so not sure it's mine or my son's Christmas present. Plus it seems I can only log in during UK working hours 9 to 5 UK time, which is ridiculous. When I did login you couldn't see what had been reimbursed but they've definitely given me some money back. Nothing has arrived yet even though I purchased about 3 weeks back.

Got an email today to say they'd been shipped, excellent service I thought.

i realise that after duxbury fcuk up of over stocking by 20000 shirts the other year that the club are trying not to get in the same situation again, but half the kit and macron training range was out of stock over a month ago, it just not good enough

if I go to the online store there is no home junior short sleeved shirts or junior socks, no away junior socks, no junior shirts or shorts for both home and away keepers kits.

Would you not think an online store would have all options available even if it was just to say they were out of stock ?

Email sent to online store only to tell me what was available not when stocks would be in ?

Thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunately we won't be getting any more of the junior replica kit until the new kit launch in the Summer. The best option would be to try our other stores in Romford, Lakeside & Westfield: Stratford.

I have had so much shit from my order. They refunded one item but as 2 items were the same price I couldn't see which one, one was for me, the other a christmas present for my son. They didn't send me an e-mail informing me they'd refunded one, I only saw something when checking my account. They sent it via OCS instead of regular post, even though the parcel by this time was letter size. This meant it arrived on Åland on 14 december & sat in our poxy carriers office for 16 days until I followed it up after Christmas. Previously they sent WHU products through the post, card to let you know when it arrived, collect at the PO, easy. Then when I went to collect it the carrier here wanted 18 Euro (products only cost 28 Euro!) for customs duty. Ended up having a blazing row with 2 dumbarse bints, who were basically trying to turn me over. Opened the parcel to reveal the goods fell below the amount for customs but she still came up with a customs charge.

fcuk me was I angry. Doubt I'll be using the online store again. Oh yeah, for some reason I could only log in to their site during UK opening hours. Daft.

Popped into the stadium store today, surprise surprise still no home or away socks.

They have goal keepers home and away socks hanging with the home and away shirts and shorts......yeah cos people are going to buy finguck green or grey socks to go with their home and away strips arent they.
