West Ham have contributed eight players to the Premier League's end of season list of free agents.

The list - some 123 players long - was published by the Premier League last night. West Ham, Birmingham and Blackpool are included despite being relegated last season.

The eight released by West Ham are Anthony Edgar, Holmar Orn Eyjoffson, Danny Gabbidon, Lars Jacobsen, Filip Modelski, Jonathan Spector, Adam Street and former club captain Matthew Upson.

The full list is as follows:

Arsenal: Thomas Cruise, Roarie Deacon, Mark Randall.

Elmander has gone to Galatasaray.

Larsson would be good (though a bit of a sulker!) but I think Toon or Everton are after him.

Keeps the Mrs sweet dude Another one I like is Kim Källström . Played for a Stockholm team over hear called Djurgården ( ,s ) Anyway he now plays for Lyon and the Swedish National team , leftfooted midfielder . WH called have got him for peanuts before he left Scandyland , good hardworking player

These are the ones I would be interested in to bring in some experience and help us get out of the cocopops, have we not been showing an interest in Gardner? Really cant understand why Spector is being ditched, think he did fairly well in an aweful season, and I am NOT a big fan of his at all.

Not sure if all the players on that list have actually been formally released. They are out of contract that is for sure. I think that we have offered Spector a new deal as I read a quote from his agent a few days ago saying as much. I would like to retain Jacobsen too. Solid, no nonsense right back who would be great for us in the Championship

That actually makes a lot of sense, hopefully we will keep Spector and Jacobsen and off load the rest, along with Dire, still worried that he is not mentioned, but I can't see GaS keeping him after what they have said about him in the past.
