I really like the new kits, the home one harks back to happier times when we had some real leg ends in the 80's. The away kit is very different but looks good, not quite the classic 1960's sky blue with two claret bands but it looks the business to me. Great to see Bonzo and Sir Trevor back in claret n blue

Re: New kit for next season
Away shirt I think looks good to wear in the summer but I won't be buying any of these shirts.
Not sure about yellow socks?

Re: New kit for next season
I don't wanna be lumbered in with all the usual naysayers...
but I was totally underwhelmed by both strips...
I honestly don't care about the strip really and wish it didn't become such a divisive issue among "fans"
I really liked the black '3rd' strip from last season (that we only used once I think)... couldn't that one get promoted from 3rd to away?
Ultimately my thoughts are that there's too many strips and too many changes... sure... keep up with technology in terms of wicking away things (whatever the fupp that means) but ultimately West Ham are a claret torso with shy blue sleeves (since 1903).... is it really too much to ask to just stick with that?

The new home kit reminds me a bit of the '86 kit.

Absolutely love the New Home Shirt , Think it looks really smart. The away Shirt is growing on me everytime I see it and the new Third Shirt is again growing on me.

Re: New kit for next season
I've always liked us to play in white (this one looks white but it says its grey) it looks good to me. I do agree with Monkey man to many changes, at least they usedto change them every other year but all three strips every year! Fuppi rip ofc merchants.
I will get one of the new home shirts but I'm goingto need a bigger cupboard for all the West Ham shirts I've got now

Re: New kit for next season
Home shirt sleeves should be sky blue. Perhaps the claret will show off the lion better....All together now
"One lion on a sleeve,
What's that bloody meaning,
Years from '86
Can we now start dreamin'
We can't go home,
We can't go home,
It's flattened,
The Boleyn ground is gone
We can't go home,
We can't go home,
It's flattened,
The Boleyn ground is gone.
But we've got,
One lion on a sleeve,
A crest that got bits missing,
Where's the castle gone?,
London leaves us hissing

Re: New kit for next season
watched us score three goals the other day... playing in blue... looked like bloody Chelsea... very disconcerting
I'm all for mixing things up... but can't we at least stick to agreed color schemes?
although, having said that (and probably said it before) i was kinda partial to the black away strip from last year

Re: New kit for next season
I do believe we were due a Navy/Dark Blue strip this season. Next year will be ether White or Light Blue I reckon although saying that I`m sure we only signed a 4 year deal with Umbro which would make this season our last with them.
