COYI! Not the most creative side, but we start slowly and defend as always away. Let's just hope we do not concede and can later take advantage of something! I predict Cole not to score.

apart from the injury to Reid and O'Brien... great first half...

two away goals - our first of the season... form Jarvis and Vas Te...

QPR look like a real pile of shit... be wary that they'll come out all guns blazing after the break... but they'll be getting a rocket form Hughesy cos they have been worse than anyone could have imagined...

    which is nice for us...

Another goal and a clean sheet and we'll be top 6 in 45 minutes time Smile

great save by jussi to keep us in the game

we're dropping off too much now and giving QPR way too much time and possession... it'll bite us in the ass if we're not careful.

we really needed that third goal.

it's a game of two halves... with jussi now booked for timewasting...

if we throw this away it'll be a travesty...

this 2nd half is a nightmare...

    Rangers down to 10 men

no cards in the first half... at least 11 so far in the 2nd...

    carroll on...

off the cross bar from Vas Te... excellent save...

Great performance - especially first half - and a terrific result. We didn't give QPR a kick first half. They were always going to have a dominant spell at some point. They were only going to score from a long range strike as we rarely let them near our goal. Our midfield trio of Noble, Diame and Nolan were awesome. Carlton. Oh dear son. A long period of bench-warming from now on I think. Andy Carroll just makes things happen

MoM a close one between Noble and Diame

Thoroughly enjoyed the game and thought we played very good in the first half , fighting for every ball . Second half we let them into the game a bit too much for my liking and what the fcuk with clusterfuck 11 yellows in one game , that must be a record , a disgrace to the game . Well done West Ham and bring on the gooners

I know BFS wont start Carroll against arsenal on saturday as he`s just coming back from injury but we really him to start saturday as he just seems not only to up Nolan`s game but the whole team seem feel more confident in firing long balls up carroll knowing that unlike Cole 99.9% of the time carroll will win them and get his knock downs to a West ham player scarf
    I would go with :
    Jussi
    Demel
    Collins
    Reid/Tomkins
    McCartney
    Jarvis
    Nolan
    Diame
    Noble
    Vaz Te
    Carroll
    SUBS:Henderson,Diarra,Taylor,Benayoun,Cole,Maiga,Tomkins/Reid

Would bring on Cole for last 20mins or so for Carroll to give the arsenal defence a rested Wink
Would also bring on Benayoun for Vaz Te for last 20mins or so just to give us a bit more creativety going forward

Has to be said, my faith in Big Sam is very high, he is doing exactly the job we need him to do and getting results and keeping the squad happy and balanced. He even managed to turn what could have been the start of a rut (against wig wham) into a very decent away 3 points the very next game. WH Flag

That was fun, wasn't it! Had to listen on the car radio coming back from a job, got a bit twitchy after they scored, with MacCartney and Tomkins on after that horror show against Wigan. Sounded like they coped alright anyway which is reassuring. Eight bookings though, that's ridiculous.
It would have been nice to see a picture of Fernandes' face at the end, but you can't have everything.

Stone me, seventh in the Prem!! I'm enjoying every minute of it while it lasts scarf
