New Years Eve

So what will you all be doing tonight ? Me and Mrs G will be having a nice meal at home and then pop down the pub later for a few drinks then back home to open the bubbly at 12 then watch the fireworks light up the Scandinavian sky .

From everyone here In Scandyland We hope you all have a Great New Year .

I am at work (again)
but later on i will visit my daughter , then head home
where we have friends and family heading over, few pizzas chucked in the oven
Beer and scotsmac to flow freely

Working till half 8, (last bus of the year to / from Pateley Bridge, weather permitting).

Home, picky tea, glass of wine or two, bed.

Me? Being collected by one daughter and taken to the other daughters for a family get together and no doubt a few bevvies....

mmm my favourite tea, we call it a bitsa night, lovely. Was in bed by 10pm, daughter having a big bash in her new house in Dartford bridge, but both of us were working early today so no bevvies, just a hot toddy and book, really am getting old

We had a nice cosy night in, bottle of bubbly, 'picky' bits (like Blakey) and watched the firework display on the box! Luvverly. Must be showing our age as me and tog now prefer doing that than being in crowded pubs (if there are such things these days!) and being surrounded by piss heads.
