anyway... we're all happy with a 2-0 win, right?

Anderson seemed to put in a shift... people slated Wilshire but he scored... Ajeti played... Fornals got his first goal for us (as did Wilshire)

Anderson played because Antonio appears to have torn his hamstring and was subbed after 8 minutes... so any gloss there might have ben from avoiding a lower league banana skin is well and truly tarnished by us losing our best player for possibly the remainder of the season.

Anyway... ultimately a win is a win and the ten changes to the side that won at the weekend seemed to do the trick.

I thought we played better than we did against Brighton or Watford - which admittedly isn't saying much - especially as I was within on a minimized screen with stuff in the foreground and no sound on as I was in the office at the time...

any side worth their salt would have destroyed us - and Newport weren't that far away...

We show up for the "big" teams and bow down to the smaller. That's the A team, however, the B team could be following suit.

I thought at times we were lucky that we hadn`t fullen behind but at the end of the day we got the job done in the end and we now move on to Norwich today.
