    From the offish
I've just been told a stat that I'm afraid I haven't had a chance to check - the last time Manchester United lost at home to a newly-promoted side was during the 2001/02 season, to Bolton Wanderers. Sam Allardyce was the manager and the winning goal was scored by Kevin Nolan...

    We,re saved jawdrop

in theory two very good crossers supplying Carroll there. some grounds for optimism?

Gave a good account of ourselves after a really sloppy start. Just shows you how poor our back-up players are. Bringing Cole and Maiga on for Carroll and Maiga weakened us massively. Every time the ball goes up to Cole he loses it. As for Maiga, is he fcuking colourblind. Useless. Kept passing it to them

10th. Bring on the Russian scum Saturday

Yep....I'm happy with that...Obviously went to plan except for the first minute.

    Well done boys.

I can't see for the life of me why BFS keeps on taking Carroll off for the tree......After working so hard at everything else, it's plain fuckin' stupid Evil or Very Mad

Watched the game on sky this morning, the goal was a fluke and apart from that we looked as good as them for most of the game. Defence was sound, good game from Nolan and Tomkins in the middle. We need more from the likes of Jarvis, Taylor and Diame going forward to help out Carroll. Could have got a draw at the end, just bad luck for the Tree and Miaga.

Not to depressed after watching it.
