I don't like his tactics however he is seriously being let down by a number of players who should do better.
And it’s wrong to blame the home fans like the media and others who were not at the games are trying to do. Some of our players are finding the basic of the game very difficult.

no, players need to man up and start scoring goals, we have a massive strike force they are not doing their job. and the support is not coming from other players who should be providing the crosses/passes for them to do so

We have a plethora of strikers as MH says-but we only play one with one out of position (Maynard, Baldock etc) Either going up or staying down I see one new signing to suit the Sam style of play-Mr Kevin Davies. Sam picks the team, tactics and style of play. His two big lumps have not worked; Cole has had enough chances over 5 seasons to establish himself as a target man-he cannot as he isnot a ball in the air target man. Carew is just one step from the glue factory.

It is up to the players to fit the system-if they can't then they will be moved on. Defence is effective albeit a bare bones situation. Midfield he will stick with Nolan as a kingpin of an attacking four which means we need two effective defensive midfielders-we don't really have one at the moment so I see Sam recruiting in this area during the summer.

Sam will keep his system until it works then settles and only then will he deviate from it with the odd footballer of class now and again!!

We are doomed for high direct balls for the foreseeable. Fans, will have to just bear it!

I read somewhere that Twitch was bigging up Sam for the England job....He won't get a look in if he fails to get us promoted, but if he succeeds that could be a different matter and we wouldn't see his arse for dust!

So if he fupps up, we'd be stuck with him and wot JDLK says. If he manages it we'll probably be up in the prem without a manager......or rather, up shit creek without a paddle.
