What a shame.
Be interesting to see what QPR do with their debt.

Wouldn't mind cherry picking a few QPR players for right fee + wages. It's what spuds did to us after all...

you
d have Green back after the performances he's put in?
and Zamora? A player who no doubt loves West Ham but who has been given every chance to shine here and never has...

Re: Redknapp QPR and TF Relegated
I wouldn't touch Tarabt with a barge pole. Loads of skill but a really crappy attitude - summed up for me by him signalling to the bench last week that he wants to go off when he should be busting a gut for the club and its supporters.

Re: Redknapp QPR and TF Relegated
Dont think they have anyone i would really want. Not Remy - not a team player. In fact the only team players they have are Hill and Derry and look where it got them! That has been QPRs problem all season. Overpaid individuals,

Re: Redknapp QPR and TF Relegated
Cherry pick from the worst team in the premiership? I don't think so. Not one of their players would improve the squad we have, no heart and just (like so many players) after big bucks for fcuk all. As for the dodgy looking bloke at Reading couldn't have happened to a nicer cnut. Great day for the premiership getting rid of two crap clubs, twitcher his slimy chairman and Adkins, just need wigwam and their odious chairman to go down with them and never come back.

Re: Redknapp QPR and TF Relegated
watching the weekend 'highlights' Tarabat missed some easier chances than Cole usually does.
Never ceases to amaze me how people look to 'raid' a relegated team... has no one been paying attention... QPR... Reading... they've been shit all season... the only player out of both teams with any real skill is Remy and no one came to the Hoops expecting anything other than a big mercenary payday... so is that really someone you'd want at your club?
I saw some people claiming on a newspaper comments section that they (this was 1 week ago) thought that Tony Fernandes had done a better job at QPR than the Daves have done here and was saying they wanted fernandes to buy into West Ham...
I mean...
I know some people are stupid... but some people are just totally fucking stupid
every player of a relegated team should stick with them for at least one season to try to repair some of the damage they inflicted on the club.
They should also do a Cole and take a 50% cut in wages while they do it.
"Relegation" clauses???? The clause should say if they play crappily enough to get the team relegated they should automatically take a 50% suspension of wages and be forced to stick around for one more year.
Can't think of a single player from any of the bottom 6 teams that I'd wanna see at West Ham

Wouldn't want any player from either team, not one of them looked up for a relegation battle.
Both teams, two 'orrible managers, relegating each other - I like it

Re: Redknapp QPR and TF Relegated
QPR's wage bill was £57M BEFORE last summers outlay , so add the all the players wages that hughes brought in, then the redknapp effect and they are looking at serious losses
they were £90M in debt last season !!!

Re: Redknapp QPR and TF Relegated
What about this Adam La Fondue fellah? One thing we miss when Nolan is not scoring is an attacker who can pick up the bits & pieces in the box when we have a full press on with Jarvis chucking in the crosses. From what little I've seen of him he seems to be able to put away half chances. Got some questionmarks about his attitude, maybe. Another player in that mould that I wouldn't mind having on board is Shane Long at wba, but they are not going down, this season at least.

Re: Redknapp QPR and TF Relegated
I was actually pleased to see qpr go down, not just because of Redknapp. Had some smug comments from qpr fans. Stuff like 'the PL is not an easy league to stay in' at the start of this season. I know, ffs. We only got relegated from it last season. & I listen to Robert Elms, who I really like, but he can't resist having a dig at us. Especially over the new stadium. He reeled me in one day when saying we were a yo-yo club & get the same crowds as rangers. I had to send him a strongly worded message on facebook!
This always happens with these type of London clubs when they reach our level. They get billy big bollox & I get jealous. Happened with Charlton & Wimbledon, & the Palace for that matter. Now they are a division below us I can be a bit more charitable - Know your place QPR!!
The best thing about qpr though is when one of their fans gets a new girlfriend & you can ask if he is going to take her up the R's.

Re: Redknapp QPR and TF Relegated
It sends a cold shiver down my spine to think we might have ended up with Fernandes owning West Ham; we would probably have ended up with the Twitcher as well, now clearly a spent force.Could have finished us off altogether.
As it is, the pair of 'em could have finished off QPR unlesss they come straight back up.
