Hammers fans will be lifted by the news that the midfielder looks to have recovered from a shoulder injury, which required a pain-killing injection prior to a deserved 3-1 win at home to Liverpool last weekend.
Grant will however still have to contend with injuries to Jack Collison (knee), Junior Stanislas (hernia), Kirean Dyer (thigh), and on loan striker Robbie Keane (calf).
