Well here we go again and I'I be leaving to the bowl at 12:30

I would make four changes for today's game bringing in Zabaleta at right back. Not because I think Fredericks has done anything wrong,it's just that Zabaleta might be able to control the defence better. Cresswell in for Masuaku because he is a better defender. Yarmolenko in for Antonio because he will try. Obiang in for Noble because he can move better.

Still think it will be close.

starting to get a little ahead of ourselves... trying to be too cool for school with the quick fire passing and making mistakes... giving the ball away... twice now we've given it to the Cherries to have a go at us...

we're not good enough for that yet... we have to learn how to hold onto and how to grind out a win before we can try to showboat...

well, not even showboat really... but the nice short intricate tasing is cool... but not when the players aren't on the same wavelength...

Within seconds, West Ham goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski is called into action, diving full length low to his right to keep out David Brooks' spin and shot.

That is a superb save.
