way too much Bournemouth pressure...
some decent defending from us... but we shouldn't be letting them get so close, have so much possession or be so damn upbeat about their chances...

What I say is , Watching MOTD last night to be Fabianski lacks confidence to command the defence - This is where we need Adrian in goal ,someone who isn`t affraid to have a go at the defenders as and when needed.
Personally for the Arsenal game I would have Balbuena and Diop at the back with Federick`s and Cresswell on ether side as Zabaleta and Ogbonna just didn`t Impress me much.
Maybe it`s time Noble was dropped and Sanchez given a chance alongside Obiang with Yarmenlenko,Wilshere and Anderson in front of them with Arnie Upfront for Saturday.
Don`t know what Pellegrini see`s in Snodgrass to be honest as he`s not a premier league quality player to me personally.
I would go 4-2-3-1 formation : Adrian,Federicks,Balbuena,Diop,Cresswell,Sanchez,Obiang,Yarmenlenko,Wilshere,Anderson,Arnie.
SUBS: Fabianski,Ogbonna,Zabaleta,Noble,Rice,Antonio,Chicarito.
Considering you only got updates from work and saw edited highlights you have made a lot of bold statements."Fabianski lacks confidence" ? You deduced that from updates and MOTD? He kept the score down last Sunday and against Bournemouth. "Zabaleta and Ogbonna didn't impress you much"? Every report I have heard had Zaba as our MoTM. Can't argue with the Ogbonna assessment. Back to the laid back, forgotten how to defend Ogbonna that I thought he had rid himself of. The second goal was all of his own making. Trying to be clever instead of just clearing his lines and ended up giving away a free kick just outside the box. Then defended the free kick by facing Steve Cook - with no idea where the ball was. Amateurish in the extreme. Maybe it is time for Diop to show his worth. Captain at Toulouse at 19 and a leader. Ogbonna is a mute who just cannot do basic defending. Maybe even drop Balbuena and put Rice in there alongside him?Surely our defence couldn't get any worse? I think Fredericks should be given another chance and not dismissed so easily
Antonio deserved to be dropped from the starting 11 but surely not from the squad altogether? He needs to sort out his workrate when we don't have the ball and give us a lot more going forward when we do have it. A decent sub to bring on
I cannot see how Pellegrini can play Noble and Wilshere in the same midfield in this formation again. One or the other. He has to bring Obiang back into the fold. Also, presumably he bought Carlos Sanchez as he thought we needed him. I agree. We need someone with legs in the middle of the park. Noble is NOT that person.
I don't see Masuaku as a left back in a back four. Not only is he weak and positionally poor, he is wasted there. His talents are going forward. Cresswell needs to come in at left back. Maybe replace Anderson with Masuaku until Anderson shows just a glimpse of why we courted him for weeks and paid up to £42m for him?
Pellegrini has built a good squad. He now has to work out what his best 11 is. The best 11 may not be the same against every team but there has to be 7 or 8 players who form the basis of our best 11. He has to realise also that if we do not have players with strength, pace and power in central midfield we will continue to get outplayed in that area and continually expose our back four and keeper
He needs to do this very quickly
