Two fcuk ups has cost a two goal and now its gonna be hard to claw our way back from this , came close towards the end there with 3 well taken corners , should have had a goal there , very close . Proper talk from Big Sam while they are having a cuppa . COYFI

Re: Swansea City v West Ham United FC
2 sloppy goals conceded.
I would take Cole off now as he's on a yellow and Ref is known to be card happy, replace with Mr Miagi
Leave it for the next 15 then swap Nolan for Maynard.
I think Vaz Te is too lightweight for this physical Swansea side.

Re: Swansea City v West Ham United FC
2 mistakes, 2 goals. Not PL form. Still think we have a chance though - Swansea are looking a bit tentative to me & don't look ready to run riot. Thought we started well & put pressure on them high up the pitch - if we hadn't conceded so easily I think that might have worked.

Give goals away like that and you deserve to lose.

Re: Swansea City v West Ham United FC
i would hook Cole off, he is giving away more free kicks than our back line combined

Plus he's on a yellow and Atkinson is likely to give him another with the theatrics from Swansea's latin contingent

Defence was shite today. Collins & Reid played like a couple of clowns who only met for the first time today & McCartney looked slow & uncertain.

Re: Swansea City v West Ham United FC
Got to say that performance was more up to the standard of our squad.
Going to be a long hard season and we may be lucky to stay up.
I'm not keen on our goalkeeper.
Would sell Noble and Tomkins, might get a bit of money for the pair.
Sell Cole if we have a replacement.
Two younger full backs are needed and another centre half.
Got to say it was like watching shit play football today.

Re: Swansea City v West Ham United FC
Ya know, if I'm honest, I don't think we were really THAT bad.
Yes, gifting them the first 2 goals didn't help but look at it objectively.
Swansea were a very difficult team to beat last season at home. They play a very fluid, pass and move game that they've practiced and practiced.
This team ethic was started by Martinez, carried on and developed by Rodgers and it looks like Laudrup will continue in the same vein and improve it.
I challenge any side in the Premiership to go there and win comfortably. It's not going to happen.
We learned some lessons today, some harsh reality lessons. I'm sure that BFS will not be happy and will make the squad aware of their short comings and try and improve things.
Let's not panic just yet, at least we're not Villa!

Re: Swansea City v West Ham United FC
Two bad and uncharacteristic errors did the damage and the boys looked shell shocked after that. Can't see it happening again to be fair.
