Rumours are that Petric has been released! I know he had a one year contract and was looking forward to a return. Will find out today!

It would probably make sense that Petric has been released in order to bring in new players as I am hearing Cole will get an extended deal

Whomever we get has to be match fit and capable of playing in this division. We cannot wait for BFS to spend 4-6 weeks putting them through one of his "mini pre-seasons" in order to get them ready to play. We cannot afford the time

to be honest... he's been shit recently.

I get to see all the games thanks to Yank TV and at least three times I watched games and was surprised about half an hour in when he got a touch of the ball and I actually realised he was playing.

Even if the injury was a smokescreen he needed dropping just to give him a kick up the arse, cos his performances have been very poor in the last month,

The 10m clause is only triggered if he's paid for in a lump sum and not in installments... so you'd have to find someone not only wiling and able to pay 10m for him when he's pretty raw and unproven still, but to actually pony up that in one hit not over a couple years as is the norm.

If he's not going to buck his ideas up then we're hardly going to miss him.

If he does go, a 10m lump sum doesn't buy much these days so it ain't going to solve much.

it's same old west ham... the same bunch of players play well, the same old bunch of players play shit... same old bunch of players leave us halfway up the table... the same old bunch of players get us relegated...

BFS thought that with Kevin Nolan suspended for 3 games he would play Diame right wing, let Noble go around performing his "Scott Parker" pirouettes wherever he wanted to, use Jack Collison as a holding midfield player and to play Morrison just in front of our back four. Unbelievable

My first reaction to these reported clauses was to go to Football Manager 2014 and look up his contract,

Football manger is normally very good at predicting rising stars if nothing else. I can remember signing players like Robbin, ronaldinho neymar, pato etc years before the transfers happened in real life.
