i can only see him playing CB, we already have a defensive mid in Diarra, which Sam won't use

I'm such it's been repeatedly pointed out by well informed hammers ( Dan and tony) that we didn't pay anything like £9 million for savio.

Thought one or two of them were a bit harsh but none of them (obviously) success stories

Maybe the two strikers was true, but Sam ran out of faith that Petric wasn't good enough.

Is this a Moose recent exclusive because I saw this in a gossip/paper talk thing about 3 weeks ago. It also said a Europa le`ague qualified team wanted him (can't remember who)

Do you really believe that Sam was ever going to play two strikers Alfie? Rob Hall knew it and left. Every forward BFS tried to get in on loan during the summer knew it too

Petric hardly got a chance did he? He is similar to Maiga in so much as neither of them play up front on their own - but rather they play behind a front man. That is Nolan's position so he didn't get a real chance IMO

not particularly dude, but I wouldn't rule it out either. If you got two quality strikers, hopefully you'd plY them both. A Carroll and lukaku front line would have been tasty. Or Carroll and bony. Cole and Petric might not have been to Sams taste.
